Christmas Menus are available to order between 4th October – 22nd December


This menu includes a selection of freshly baked breads with butter on the side
 

Hot Mains

Champagne ham glazed with orange, brown sugar and seeded mustard glaze with cranberry jelly, Dijon mustard and peach apricot chutney on the side

Roasted rolled pork loin with sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling and cider gravy

Slow braised red wine and rosemary lamb shoulder served with dark jus

Chicken thighs stuffed with spinach, sundried tomatoes and cream cheese and wrapped in streaky bacon

Lemon and thyme roasted turkey breast served with herbed brioche stuffing and traditional gravy

Cranberry and almond crusted salmon portions over julienne fennel and toasted capers

 

Cold Mains

Platter of sliced champagne ham and assorted sliced seasonal fruits served with assorted condiments

Platter of flaked roasted salmon, watercress, eggs, capers and fennel

Roasted vegetables, crudities, pickles, seasonal fruits with relishes and hummus (v)

 

Vegetarian Mains

Roast butternut pumpkin, beetroot, spinach and feta wellingtons served with rocket pesto

Three cheese cauliflower, courgette and tomato pasta bake topped with crispy croutons

Braised portobello mushrooms topped with red peppers, spinach and panko parmesan crust

Garlic and herb potato gratin with parmesan (v)

Roasted baby potatoes with butter roasted Brussel sprouts and bacon bits (gf)

Beetroot, pan fried asparagus, toasted almond, and lemon oil (v, gf, df)

Broccoli, green beans and charred courgette finished with reduced balsamic (v, df)

Red capsicum stuffed spinach, walnut and feta topped with parmesan cheese (v)

 

Salads

Haloumi, mango, cucumber, toasted almond, sprouts and lettuce with blueberry vinaigrette (gf)

Roasted potato, pumpkin, rocket, tomato, and feta salad with house honey mustard dressing (v.gf)

Caesar salad with crunchy cos lettuce, bacon bits, sliced boiled egg, shaved parmesan, garlic herb croutons and classic dressing

Garden lettuce, tomato, cucumber, snow pea shoots and avocado with balsamic dressing (v.gf)
