Christmas Menus are available to order between 2nd November – 23rd December

 

Classic Christmas Buffet

Champagne ham glazed with orange, brown sugar and seeded mustard glaze with assorted condiments

Gold beetroot, pan fried asparagus, toasted almond and lemon oil (v, gf, df)

Thyme roasted chicken, baby spinach, walnut, orange, feta and blueberry vinaigrette (gf)

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream and pouring custard (v)

$25.00 per guest – Served hot or cold

 


 

Traditional Christmas Buffet

Assorted dinner rolls with whipped garlic and herb butter (v)

Lemon and thyme roasted turkey breast served with herbed brioche stuffing and traditional gravy

Roasted kumara with butter roasted Brussel sprouts and bacon bits (gf)

Caesar salad with crunchy cos lettuce, bacon bits, sliced boiled egg, shaved parmesan, garlic herb croutons and classic dressing

Mixed berry trifle (v)
