$27.00 per guest – Served hot or cold

 

Champagne ham glazed with orange, brown sugar and seeded mustard glaze with assorted condiments

Beetroot, pan fried asparagus, toasted almond, and lemon oil (v, gf, df)

Haloumi, mango, cucumber, toasted almond, sprouts and lettuce with blueberry vinaigrette (gf)

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream and pouring custard (v)

Assorted dinner rolls with whipped garlic and herb butter (v)

Lemon and thyme roasted turkey breast served with herbed brioche stuffing and traditional gravy

Roasted kumara with butter roasted Brussel sprouts and bacon bits (gf)

Caesar salad with crunchy cos lettuce, bacon bits, sliced boiled egg, shaved parmesan, garlic herb croutons and classic dressing

Mixed berry trifle (v)
